While Southern California Edison (SCE) is regulated by a number of state and Federal agencies, the two most important to investors are the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) and the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC).
SCE posts all of its CPUC and FERC filings in open proceedings on its website and this page provides direct links to those SCE filings. SCE posts these filings immediately after filing at the CPUC or at FERC so they are available to investors. This is a standard practice. Edison International and Southern California Edison consider these filings to be publicly available to investors when posted to its websites for SEC Regulation FD purposes.
The following links will take you to the most important regulatory proceedings of interest to investors, and are provided in chronological order. Search functions for all available SCE CPUC regulatory filings are available by following the CPUC Other Open Proceedings link and for all available SCE FERC regulatory filings by following the FERC Other Open Proceedings link.
For filings from all parties on open proceedings, investors should use the CPUC or FERC website as appropriate, using the links provided below. Timing of filings on the CPUC and FERC website are not under our control and may not be available immediately after a filing has been made.
